The Han invented the seismograph, the compass, the paper, the kite, the crossbow and many more. But why did they invent these thing? Was it to be more advanced? Was it to make new things? Or for science? Well I do know some of the answers so read on.
Well I can't tell you any of them but I can tell you why they invented some of these thing.
They invented the kite because when they were at war and the enemy camp was close they would take a bamboo kite and fly it over the enemy camp and the kite would make a sound that would often scare them away.
The crossbow they also used in war because there bows couldn't shoot with enough force to hit a target far away. So they made the crossbow and different arrows to take down different targets.
